Shelley's work always begins with the customer. Through customer research, journey mapping, and behavioral insights, she uncovers the friction limiting growth and develops business strategies that align customer needs, business objectives, and technology investments. She then leads the transformation needed to build scalable capabilities that improve customer experiences and business performance.
Her experience includes industry leaders such as PayPal, Walmart, Sports Authority, Pharmaca, GAF, and growth-stage businesses seeking to scale more effectively.
Outside of work, Shelley enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, snowshoeing, skiing, and enjoying soulful conversations with family and friends.
